Statements of pure fantasy and joy written in bronze
A portrait of Thomas Ostenberg as a younger man would show a hip young banker with the world on a string. The world is still his oyster, but a certain transformation has taken place since those high-flying days.
The banker metamorphosed into a sculptor and today Ostenberg's sculpture, statements of pure fantasy and joy written in bronze, are now on display at the Telluride Mountain Gallery across from the Conference Center in the Mountain Village. The opening reception is tonight, Thursday, July 14, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
